Showcasing our expertise in delivering high-quality, customized solutions for the restaurant industry, our recent turnkey construction project for Masala Bhawan involved the complex installation of a custom kitchen exhaust system. Located on the main floor of a two-story building, we routed black iron ducting through a tight vertical shaft to the roof. Due to space limitations, we mounted the makeup air (MUA) unit indoors, ensuring efficient ventilation without the need for exterior ducting to the roof.
The restaurant features a custom walk-in cooler, along with top-of-the-line commercial kitchen fixtures and appliances to support a high-performance culinary environment. Additionally, the dining area boasts custom-designed sofas and table sets, complemented by unique lighting solutions that create an inviting and stylish atmosphere for guests.
